1. About us

EU Express Logistics Ltd is a courier and logistics company registered in England and Wales. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and payment

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure online payment system.
• We accept credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. We do not accept cash.
• Quotes provided online are estimates based on postcode distance. The final confirmed price will be agreed before collection.
• Business accounts with monthly invoicing are available — contact us to arrange.

3. Cancellations and amendments

• Cancellations made before a driver is dispatched are typically free of charge.
• Once a driver is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover fuel and time costs.

4. Liability

• EU Express Logistics Ltd carries goods in transit insurance. Contact us for full details of cover levels.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Prohibited items

• Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or items prohibited under UK law
• Illegal items of any kind
• Cash, negotiable instruments, or high-value items without declaration

6. Service hours

Our standard online booking service operates 8am–8pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Out of hours services must be pre-arranged by contacting us directly.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
