The majority of our bookings are collected within 60 minutes of confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, we dispatch the nearest available driver as a priority. Collection times may vary depending on driver availability and your location, but we always aim to move as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver nationwide across the UK?
We deliver documents, legal papers, gifts, parcels, medical supplies, business stock and large items requiring a Luton van. We cannot carry hazardous materials or items prohibited under UK law. If unsure, please contact us before booking.

Yes — we operate 365 days a year including all bank holidays and public holidays, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No need to worry about missed collections over holidays.
Do you operate on bank holidays?
Our quote tool uses real UK postcode data to calculate the distance between your collection and delivery addresses, then factors in the vehicle type required for your item. You'll receive an estimated total price — our team will confirm the final price before collection.
How does the online quoting system work?
When you enter your item's dimensions (length, width, height) and weight, our system automatically recommends the smallest suitable vehicle. You can always choose a larger vehicle if preferred. Vehicles range from a car for small documents up to a Luton van for large or bulky loads.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes. Cancellations before a driver is dispatched are typically free of charge. Once a driver is en route, a partial fee may apply.
Do I need to be present for collection?
Someone must be available at the collection point to hand over the item. If you cannot be present, ensure another person is there and note this in the booking. We cannot collect from unattended locations.

Your item will be the only load on board — the driver collects from you and travels directly to your delivery address with no stops, no other collections, and no other deliveries in between. It's the fastest, most secure, and most discreet way to move something important. Ideal for high-value items, urgent legal documents, or time-critical deliveries where you simply cannot afford any delays.
How can I track my delivery?
All drivers are fully tracked from collection. Once confirmed, we'll send you status updates. You can also call +44 7927 647 499 at any time for a live update on your delivery.
Will I receive confirmation when my parcel is delivered?
Yes. Once your parcel is successfully delivered, we'll notify you via your preferred contact method. Proof of delivery is available upon request.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the distance between your collection and delivery postcodes and the type of vehicle required for your item. Our online quote tool calculates this automatically — simply enter your postcodes and item dimensions to receive your total estimated price instantly. The final price is always confirmed by our team before collection.
